    THE INGREDIENTS:

    1) Patented Kre-Alkalyn Creatine™- Instead of giving you a long introduction on what is creatine and if it is safe or not, I am going to tell you how creatine works to refresh your memory then tell the the difference between creatine monohydrate (Micronized Creatine) and Kre-Alkalyn ph buffered creatine by All American Pharmaceuticals. Creatine is produced in the body and found in various meats you eat. The absorption (how well it is absorbed in the intestines) and bioavailability (how well it enters the muscle cells) of creatine has been the main focus of creatine product manufactures because creatine monohydrate degrades rapidly in water and continues to decompose once it enters the digestive system. The other half of the problem is that creatine has an insulin dependant rate of uptake into muscle cells. Due to these main two problems I came up with the theory that most non-responders are not non-responding because creatine just doesn't work for everyone. They are non-responders because they are a "victim" of four contributing factors that lead to poor results from creatine.

    These three factors are:
    1)Low absorption of creatine
    2)Low uptake of creatine in the muscle cells
    3)Low levels of phosphates in the body
    4)Low levels of ATP.


    Lets take a look at each one of these factors a little more in detail:

    1) Low absorption of creatine- Creatine is unstable in any liquid that is safe for human consumption. What this translates to is once you mix that creatine monohydrate in water, juice, milk, etc., it starts a rapid transformation process transforming it to a substance called creatININE. Creatinine is a waste product of creatine in the body. I don't care what you have read before, your creatine monohydrate will degrade to creatinine waste between 43 seconds and 9 minutes after it is mixed! I know you maybe saying, "That cannot be true. I am using creatine (or have used creatine) in the past and got great results. How can I be converting most of my creatine to creatinine waste and still get good results." Well the simple explanation is this: Your body makes about 2g of creatine a day. If you take 5g of creatine monohydrate and 80% of it converts to waste (creatinine) you might absorb 1g of creatine monohydrate. That's adding about 50% more creatine to your daily intake and yes you will see results, you have 50% more creatine being supplied to the body. The problem is you may actually only be delivering 200mg to 500mg (20% to 50% ) of that 1g to the cell for uptake into the muscle because the acidic to low alkaline environment of the blood may further destroy creatine. The low ph of about 3-4 in your stomach and the ph of about 6-7 in you intestine will further allow for creatine conversion to waste (creatinine). Creatine degrades at any ph under 12-14. No place in your body is safe for creatine to hide from degradation except once it combines with phosphates in the muscle cell.

    Until creatine is absorbed in the muscle and grabs a hold of phosphates transforming to creatine phosphate it will continue to be broken down to creatinine!

    2) Low uptake of creatine in the muscle cells- Without getting to scientific. Creatine is absorbed in the muscle the same way carbohydrate and protein are absorbed into the muscle. This is an insulin dependant process meaning you need elevated insulin levels to "shuttle" protein, carbohydrates and creatine into the muscle. This is why most creatine monohydrate drink formulas contain 30 to 80g of sugar. Simple sugars elevate insulin levels and produce greater creatine uptake in the muscle. This is also why creatine is suggested to be take post exercise (when the muscle are more sensitive to insulin and pretty much shuttling everything you consume to the muscle) or with a sugary juice such as grape juice. Its an issue of timing and how sensitive to insulin you body is.

    The less sensitive or responsive your muscles are to increased insulin, the less creatine you will absorb from the blood stream into the muscle.

    3) Low levels of phosphates in the body- Phosphorus (also referred to as phosphates) are energy molecules that attach to the Ribose part of AMP and ADP to ultimately form ATP (a high energy molecule pictured above in the description of D-Ribose). As I stated before creatine is like the refrigerator, phosphates are like the food. The more creatine you take the more refrigerators you have but you and I know they are useless without food (phosphates to fill them up)! When you go to the refrigerator (creatine) to pile food (phosphates) on your plate (AMP/ADP), who cares how many refrigerators you have to chose from (which is equal to increased creatine intake) if they are all low on food (low phosphate levels in the body). More on phosphates later.

    Since we are on the subject of creatine (good) and creatinine (extra IN =bad). You want to know why you are felling bloated and get stomach cramps from taking creatine? It's the creatinine. I didn't think I had any side effect from creatine until I switched to Kre-Alkalyn Creatine. Initially I thought my stomach was bloated from being lactose intolerant and drinking protein but within three days of switching over not only was my stomach "going down" I also noticed that my shoulders and chest were less "smooth" looking and more hard. I also was peeing like a race horse for about two days and I can probably attribute that to the large amount of water I was holding outside the muscle. It seemed like I went from being thirsty all the time yet peeing every hour on creatine monohydrate to being not as thirsty but I could actually feel the water being pulled into the muscle cells on ETHER which contains Kre-Alkalyn Creatine.

    4) Low levels of AMP/ADP/ATP- The main purpose of creatine is to donate phosphates to AMP and ADP to convert them back to high energy ATP molecules. Low ATP levels = low energy to begin with. ATP can go from ATP to ADP and back to ATP as long as their is creatine phosphate available to donate phosphates to the ADP. Low levels of AMP/ADP/ATP are cause by low carbohydrate, low phosphate (the P in AMP/ADP/ATP) and low ribose consumption/production.

    So you see if you are someone who has used creatine and can say "Yeah I used it, didn't do anything for me." You should know you are not alone. Up to 60% of creatine monohydrate users are non-responders for any combination of the four reasons I stated above. Remember that kid everyone always talks about that tried creatine and put 50lbs on his/her bench press? It's because that kid probably had good creatine absorption in the intestines and above average uptake of creatine into the cell due to his muscle being more responsive to insulin. Now you can have almost perfect creatine absorption and uptake into the cell with ETHER! One half of the equation in making this possible is preventing the conversion of creatine to waste in liquids and preventing the acidic environment of the stomach from destroying the creatine.

    This is where I introduce patented Kre-Alkalyn ph buffered Creatine.

    Kre-Alkalyn Creatine is creatine that has been panted for its unique ability to never convert to the waste product creatinine. This is accomplished in the way the Creatine is processed. A bodybuilder turned scientist by the name of Jeff Golini discovered that creatine converts rapidly in liquids to waste and "cracked the creatine code" by inventing a way to "treat" creatine so that it doesn't convert. This is done by changing the ph of the creatine to a ph of 12-14. This highly alkaline (but safe for human consumption) creatine is called Kre-Alkalyn. What he did instead of just changing the ph of the liquid that the creatine is mixed in (like effervescent creatine products), Jeff discovered and patented a way to actually keep the creatine at a ph over 9 even after it comes into contact with the acids in the stomach.

    2) Sodium Phosphate/Potassium Phosphate- Sodium Phosphates and Potassium Phosphates are sources of phosphorus. Phosphates are the energy molecules held in AMP/ADP/ATP and creatine phosphate. Creatine is useless in the body without high energy phosphates attached to it. Ribose is the part of the AMP/ADP/ATP molecule that the phosphates attach to. Most Americans consume between 1,000mg and 1,500mg of phosphorus daily. The majority of this phosphorus is stored in the bones. Supplementing with phosphates will increase the amount of phosphates available to creatine increasing the amount of creatine phosphate in muscles therefore increasing the pool of available creatine phosphate to donate phosphates to recycle AMP and ADP back to high energy ATP. Remember- creatine is like a refrigerator, phosphates are like food in the refrigerator.

    3) Magnesium Malate- Magnesium Malate is a combination of magnesium and Malic acid. The synthesis of ATP requires a magnesium-dependent enzymes called �ATPases’. You want some bad news? It is estimated that over 90% of Americans are "functioning" on low levels of magnesium. For our purpose a magnesium deficiency reduces metabolic efficiency, increasing the amount of oxygen consumption and heart rate required to perform work. If you are not consuming a magnesium supplement you are performing at "sub maximum" levels because you are working on low levels of ATPases. Training without supplementing your diet with magnesium is like having all the tools to build a dog house but having to do it in the dark. Magnesium is the light you body needs to manufacture and recycle ATP more efficiently.

    Malic acid (Malate) plays a role in the production of energy in every cell in the body. Under conditions when oxygen is limited (during strenuous exercise) additional Malic acid is required for energy production and ATP formation. Magnesium and Malic acid can protect against the toxic effects of aluminum. Aluminum attaches to phosphates and prevent them from being utilized for ATP synthesis. Malic acid is one of the strongest substances you can take to remove aluminum from the body. Don't think you get your fair share of aluminum? Did you know that you are exposed to aluminum in the air you breath from "chem. trails" which are those smoke lines in the sky in back of air planes as well as tap water and toothpaste. If enough Malic acid isn't available during exercise (which I guarantee is the case unless you are taking Malic acid pre-workout) your body has to break down muscle protein to make Malic acid.Aluminum is like a monster living in your house (body) that goes in your refrigerator and eat the food (phosphates) when you are not looking. Less aluminum equals more phosphates available.

    4) Gynostemma- Because of its ability to help adapt to cold weather stress, gynostemma is one of the most consumed herbs in Tibet.
