Fitmax® BCAA + Glutamine is a food supplement with branched chains (BCAA) - L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine with L-Glutamine. Systematically providing those amino acids is necessary for proper regeneration of muscle tissue.
Take Fitmax® BCAA +Glutamine before training to effect increases in strength and endurance during training.
This product is designed for physically active people as a means to facilitate the development of strength and muscle mass fast as both BCAA's and Glutamine have been extensively studied and shown to enhance muscle recovery, increase lean body mass, and lower body fat.
Directions for use: 1 dose ( 10g powder -1/2 scoop Fitmax or 2 flat tablespoons) dissolved in 200ml of water, drink 1-2 times a day; before a meal, or before or after training or before bedtime. Consume directly after preparation.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Drink plenty of water(min. 250-300ml).
Do not use during pregnancy or lactation.
CAUTION! Product contains source of phenylalanine. It contains sugar and sweetening substances.
