Glucose polymers, dextrose,fructose, creatine, citric acid, L-taurine, tripotassium citrate, natural flavouring, compound vitamin and mineral mix, magnesium sulphate, vitamin C, guarana extract, potassium phosphate, sodium chloride, calcium carbonate, caffeine, natural colouring.
Mix 50g (one and a half level scoops), with approx 250ml of water (cold or warm). Stir or shake vigorously to mix and take 20 minutes before training (or during workouts).
