Meal replacement drink mix for weight control with proteins, carbohydrates,

For a rich, creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 300 - 400 ml of cold water, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds. If you use Myoplex Diet to replace a single meal (= 1 sachet), make sure you drink at least 2-3 litres of calorie free fluids (unsweetened tea or water) throughout the day.
