Recommended Usage
Take 1-3 portions a day – upon awakening, between meals, after training, before sleep. Add 1 portion (35 g - 6,5 flat tablespoons or 75 measuring units of the Olimp scoop) to 150 ml of water. Not suitable for diabetics. Keep out of reach of children.
